Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in New York City, the expected salary range for this role is $72,500 to $96,500; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Perform market research using third-party databases and assist in verifying transaction data that will be utilized in appraisal reports as well as real estate consulting engagements for the firm's clients
- Assist in preparing cash flow models (via Excel & Argus Enterprise) that utilize assumptions supported by market research and comparable data
- Learn about the three common valuation methodologies (i.e. Cost, Income, Sales Comparison Approach) and how to apply when appraising commercial real estate and reconciling between multiple value conclusions
- Assist in writing appraisal reports and restricted reports that are compliant with the latest USPAP standards.
