    Valuation Interns serve as members of various client service teams, and are exposed to diverse industries and types of commercial and multi-family real estate generally for intended uses of Estate Planning and Financial Reporting. Interns develop a broad skillset and are responsible for appraisal writing, market research, spreadsheet modeling, financial analysis, and participating in client discussions.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field of study;
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0;
    • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative reasoning skills;
    • Capable of multitasking and has a natural aptitude for organization;
    • Self-motivated and able to work in a deadline-driven environment;
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills;
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel) and familiarity with Argus and Narrative One a plus; and
    • Ability to interact with and gain the respect of all levels of internal and client personnel.
